In an effort to foster informed and productive municipalities and to shift the electoral approach toward voting based on action plans, our organizations conducted training workshops on the core components of a municipal program.

Through a series of specialized working sessions, participants analyzed opportunities, risks, strengths, and weaknesses across several key sectors. These sessions resulted in the development of practical project proposals to be integrated into the municipal program.

The draft program was then presented in a public discussion session, where participants helped prioritize the proposed actions. This process culminated in the formulation of a comprehensive six-year municipal program, which young candidates used as the foundation for their participation in the municipal elections.
