Without any doubt, women continue to face hurdles, bureaucratic red tapes, laws that discriminate against them and their young children, and the children themselves – helpless and easily deluded – can make easy preys for bad-intentioned adults. Such at-risk populations are certainly worthy of being protected and cherished.
